What is a good book to read that is not boring and is fantasy?

Most books I read are very very boring, and some of them gets good then loses it's point. Is there any books that is good throughout and does not get boring like I thought "The Maze Runner" was a very good book because it was adventure, and I wanted to know what is going to happen. Most books I read, I just shut the book at least page 100. I am not a book person, so make a list, and I will give 10 points for those who answer completely
