Best choices for bathing a dry skin dog? ?

I am looking for a good non irritating commercial product or home remedies to bath my sensitive skin dog. She is a husky mix with very think coat. The skin is without flakes or vermin but occasional she has slight redness and scratches irritably at times. She is inside/outside depending on weather.
