Moving to a new room.. all new furniture?

Okay, so its a pretty big room, 16x16, square, one wall is bare, the 2nd one has a window centered, the next wall has 2 doors one to walk in closet the other to private bath, and the last wall has door to the hall way. I want a double/full bed, a vanity with a stool to do makeup, and a desk, or a dresser and a vanity-desk (yep they have those). The desk under the window, the dresser next to it with a mirror. Am I missing anything? Are these 2 items unpracticle? What should I traditionally have in my room? Note- I really want a sit-down place to do my makeup in my room!
