Do I rent now & start my own life, or Stay at home until near 30 for a house purchase?

Its all about whatever works for you. I personally have no desire to ever own a house. I don't want the hassle or responsibility of it so I moved out when I was 19. I'm now 26, married and have a child and we still rent because its what we prefer. If you want to own a home then yeah, stay home and save up for one. If owning a home doesn't mean that much to you then get out on your own.
