House of Night themed Bedroom Decorating Ideas?

I'm a 14 year old girl, and I loved the House of Night series and I really want to design my bedroom kind of House of Night themed. My furniture is black, but I want to paint my walls and get a new comforter to match the theme I'm after. What colors should I really pay attention to, and what objects/decor can I add to really capture the theme of it? Also can you add links of websites containing decorating ideas? Thanks! :)
