Ideas for moving furniture/redoing room for teen girl?

I'm 13, my room is medium sized with a closet (not walk in). i have a white dresser that has a missing drawer & is pretty much a piece of junk, theres a small couch and a tall white lamp, a large white 2 shelf bookcase, a full sized bed, and a junk-y white vanity. one wall is purple, two & the ceiling are blue, and one is green. i seriously hate my room and im just looking for a way to get SUPER cheap furniture or a way to move around my furniture & fix it up a bit. there's only one window & id like to make some curtains because all i have right now is a piece of fabric. what i want is basically a large dresser/vanity where i can store my clothes and lay out my make up & hair straightener on top with a miror on the dresser, my full bed im going to keep because it is nice, good curtain making ideas, and wall shelves. please help me, i have no job, my family isnt going to help with money at all, so i have to work & buy everything that i want, i just want a nice room that i can relax and try to enjoy life in. all comments/suggestions/ideas accepted. thanks.
