What size bed should I buy for my new bedroom?

Ok so I am moving into a new house and my room is 18X13 feet. I was thinking either a queen or full. I'd love having a big queen size bed because it's more comfortable and I am a restless sleeper. I literally roll of my bed all the time and wake up backwards and stuff lol. But then again I want there to be space in my room for furniture. So I'm not sure, what do you think would be best for my room? how much space would be left over in my room, if I put each bed in it?
