The Rights of People with Learning Disabilities?

i agree....have been SO upset watching the film footage on the BBC - i hope that some of the bully carer's will now get a prison sentence for assault - and i am sure they will...it's caught on film so they can not deny it. very tragic for those vulnerable patients & quite disgusting. management MUST have know this was happening..how can they not have known?!!
