My dog has been acting weird in the past 2 days (starting Friday). Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

for the outside thing and being around you, I think he's scared of something. Maybe of another dog or animal? He must be a shy and scared type of dog. And the physical thing? I can't explain that.. maybe Your dog has been traumatized by something. OR he's sick? oh and hes probably jumping up on furniture because hes scared of being on the ground by anything that couldve scared him. Take him to a vet asap.
