Good Haunted House Ideas?

We do it in our garage, and we make a maze with visqueen plastic. Usually at the end of each row we do something. Whether we have some one on an "Operating" table or a guy on a large box with a big mask and hands who scare. (We are putting huge amounts of money on this) Any ideas?
