Can I charge them with harassment?

I had a BBQ at the beach yesterday with all of my friends, upper class white people. We were in the middle BBQ area and to the right was some asian and black kids and everyone of them had a piece of red on. Those vermin were playing there music real loud and drinking. They were also making out with their girlfriends in front of EVERYONE including children who were on the playground. I told them to stop and it take it elsewhere. They started laughing and said you move. I got real mad and might have used a racial slur and they got mad. Some of them were ready to beat us up but their friends were holding them back. The rest of the time they were yelling at us. I want to know if I can press harassment charges on them?
